RoyalBattles only offers refunds under the following conditions:

After confirmation of a transaction, no cancellation is permitted. However, RoyalBattles reserves the right to allow a Member to cancel a transaction and refund the amount paid: The Member must notify RoyalBattles via email within 48 hours of making the payment to cancel such payment; RoyalBattles shall not be liable to refund any amount after that. RoyalBattles may, at its sole discretion, refund the amount after deducting applicable cancellation fees and taxes to the Member.

However, if you charge your card or bank account for a transaction on the RoyalBattles Platform and the amount is not credited to your RoyalBattles wallets within 48 hours of the completion of the transaction, please notify us by contacting Palorixsystem@gmail.com from your registered email address. In the email, please include the following information: the mobile number, the transaction value, the transaction date, and the transaction ID.

You will be refunded the money within 5-7 working days from the receipt of your email if RoyalBattles finds out that money has been charged to your credit card or bank account without the balance in your RoyalBattles wallet being delivered. Your RoyalBattles wallet will be credited with all refunds.
